1. The service

PromptShot is a Windows application that sends a user-selected screen area and prompt directly to the selected AI provider or local model.

2. Credentials and third-party services

You obtain your own API keys, pay AI providers, and follow their terms. PromptShot is not responsible for third-party availability, output, pricing, or data processing.

3. License

Free features require no subscription. Pro is activated on one device for the purchased period and may not be transferred. Refunds and renewals are governed by the payment platform and applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You may not bypass licensing, distribute activation credentials, attack the license service, or use PromptShot to violate laws or third-party rights.

5. Disclaimer and liability

The software is provided “as is.” AI output may be inaccurate and must be independently verified. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for PromptShot during the previous 12 months.

6. Changes

These terms may change as the product evolves. Material changes are published here. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
